Sometimes we hold onto things, thoughts, and attitudes that no longer serve us — that hold us back from becoming our best selves. Rev. Washington will invite us to gather up our courage, let go, and imagine the possibilities. And, she will introduce us to a spiritual exercise or two that will help us.
